Fashion Illustration

In this workshop, we will explore a range of fast-paced and expressive drawing processes using colour, shape, pattern, and mark-making techniques. These outcomes will be used to develop illustration designs through collage, intercutting, print, and stitch. We will use old scrap pieces of work and waste materials to embellish your illustrations, incorporating sustainable practices. By the end of the session, you will have a collection of abstract illustrations for your sketchbooks, mood boards, and portfolios. This workshop will help build confidence in drawing and encourage creativity within design.

• Use a variety of wet and dry media, including pencils, paints, collage, stitch

• Mark-make and draw expressively

• Use texture within your designs

• Be spontaneous and draw with an element of surprise
